that is me, I know better but I keep coming back for more punishment.

My friend was very sage the other day, he stated that love and hate are the same thing but it is apathy that is the most dangerous. So very true.

There are so many times I wish the gods were real, it would be easy then and a possibility that what you ask for may come true, alas we must fend for ourselves and most of the time the things you want the most, you do not get.

The great debate

There is a debate that when you load the bar in the gym you load the plates with writing facing in or facing out.

Those who say load facing out make the point that everyone then can see how much you are lifting.

I am of the other group, load facing in, that way it keeps the strength in.
