If you want your own pud you can get one at Jumpstart Athletics and then you can throw your pud, polish your pud, do what ever you wish to do with your pud. That is your business, who am I to judge?

Is this like a kettle bell?
it is a throwing implement but you certainly can use it as a kettlebell albeit it is a little long
