Tales from the clinic

Sooooooooooo

I mobilize this client's ankle, give him 50-70% more mobility .

The problem he was complaining about goes away, probably because since his ankle was not moving his lower leg and knee were becoming hyper mobile too compensate.

He is amazed, all 3 of his events feel better(he is a triathelete), it is almost a life altering experience.

What does he do on the weekend?

Rolls over his ankle and sprains the talofibular ligament( the ligement that is on the outside of your ankle, if you have ever rolled your foot then that is what you hurt)

gah, cannot win in this world.

that part of your ankle on my right foot hurts everday and i can't move it in a circle or it kills. apparently, what happens when i move my ankle is the tendon flips over the front of the bone.

all i know is it sucks.
